At CAVERNHSHOP, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Item received is damaged
- Item received is defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Product is missing parts/accessories
- Product is significantly different from the description shown on our website
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Unboxing video and clear photos may be required for verification
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return/refund:
- Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling
- Personal care / hygiene products (if applicable)
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Clearance / final sale items (if mentioned)
Return Request Process
To request a return:

- Mention your Order Number
- Share the issue with clear photos/videos
- Our team will review and respond within 2–5 business days
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via:
- Bank transfer
- UPI
- Store credit (if applicable)
Replacement Policy
In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer:
- Product replacement
- Exchange for the same product
- Partial refund (if applicable)
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a wrong item, damaged item, or defective item, return shipping may be borne by CAVERNHSHOP
- If the return is due to any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
- If already shipped, you may need to follow the return policy after delivery (if eligible)
